You will combine hands-on operational support with automation, documentation, knowledge sharing and user enablement. The role requires curiosity and adaptability: technologies, priorities and ways of working will evolve, and you will be expected to learn new capabilities and contribute where the team needs you most.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, primarily SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and related Digital Workplace technologies such as InEight, Leah AI, DocuSign and possibly others in the future.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and standard changes using structured IT service-management practices.
- Contribute to the administration, support and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and related AI capabilities.
- Create, configure and support Copilot agents using Agent Builder and, where appropriate, other Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Use scripting, automation and available platform capabilities to simplify repeatable operational activities.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks and user guidance.
- Contribute to shift-left and knowledge transfer, enabling L1 support and peers to resolve appropriate scenarios independently.
- Monitor relevant Digital Workplace ecosystem changes, usage and adoption, and help translate them into appropriate technical or user-facing actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, partners and vendors to resolve issues and continuously improve Digital Workplace services.
- Apply appropriate security, data-access, governance and responsible-AI principles.
- Continuously develop your skills and adapt to new technologies, services and team priorities.
Expected Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, with hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 support or administration.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Builder.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge and an interest in automation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Customer-focused, collaborative and comfortable working in a multicultural, distributed environment.
- Curious, accountable and willing to learn beyond an initially assigned technology or area of responsibility.
Additional Assets
Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage:
- Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell or SharePoint Management Shell
- Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security concepts
- Exchange Online and other Microsoft 365 workloads
- Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms
- Microsoft 365 migration tooling such as ShareGate or Quest
- Agile/Scrum environments
- User training, demonstrations or technology-adoption activities
Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, PL-900, AZ-900 or relevant Copilot credentials are welcome but are not a substitute for practical capability, curiosity and willingness to learn.
