Manufacturing Trainee

Role Summary:
The trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training across Production, Quality and Maintenance departments, gaining hands-on exposure to plant operations, processes and systems. The role requires working in rotational shifts (A, B and C).
Key Responsibilities:
- ## Learn and support day-to-day operations in the assigned department as per the rotation plan.
- ## Assist in production activities, process monitoring and achieving shift targets.
- ## Support quality checks, inspections, sampling and documentation to ensure product conformity.
- ## Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
- ## Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S and company policies at all times.
- ## Maintain accurate shift reports, logs and records.
- ## Participate in training sessions, improvement activities and shift handovers.
- ## Report any abnormalities, safety hazards or quality issues promptly.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- ## Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production or a related discipline.
- ## Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.

- ## Adaptability to work in a plant environment.
Working Conditions
- ## Rotational 3-shift schedule (including night shifts) and shop-floor working.
- ## Willingness to rotate across departments as per training plan.
- ## Compliance with PPE and safety norms.
