ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำด้านการวางแผนการเงินส่วนบุคคลแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินและเพิ่มความมั่งคั่ง
ความรับผิดชอบ
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้ากลุ่มบุคคลรายย่อยที่มีศักยภาพและลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้า รวมถึงเป้าหมายการลงทุน การวางแผนเกษียณอายุ การประกันภัย และการวางแผนมรดก
* นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เช่น เงินฝาก การลงทุน กองทุนรวม พันธบัตร และผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันภัย
* ติดตามและทบทวนพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้
* ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับตลาดและแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการตัดสินใจทางการเงินของลูกค้า
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายของธนาคาร รวมถึงข้อบังคับของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
* บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนดไว้
คุณสมบัติ
* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี ในสายงาน Private Banking, Wealth Management หรือ Retail Banking โดยมีประสบการณ์ตรงในการดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม High Net Worth (HNW) หรือ Affluent จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น ตลาดทุน ตราสารหนี้ กองทุนรวม และประกันภัย
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
* มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
* มีทัศนคติเชิงรุก มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
* สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
