JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll sit at the intersection of HR and Finance for SEAK (South-East Asia + Korea), turning headcount and labor-cost data into the story that shapes how the region plans, invests, and grows. If you love making numbers talk and want your analysis to land directly in front of senior leadership, this is where you do it.
This role enables SEAK HRBP to lead a multi-country HRBP organization with greater visibility, consistency and execution discipline. The role integrates headcount and labor-cost information from HR Controlling with talent, organization and employee-experience data to generate decision-ready people insights. It also coordinates the regional HRBP operating cadence and provides hands-on project management for selected regional priorities.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Build the labor cost bridge that connects strategy to numbers. Own the SEAK model and partner with Finance to keep it accurate, consistent, and easy to explain.
- Run the SEAK review cycle. Consolidate HC and labor cost for 5+7 , 8+4 , and the annual budget, and present the story to HRBPs and senior leaders with confidence.
- Turn data into decisions. Produce regular HC and labor-efficiency insights that business leaders actually use , not just read.
- Own HC data integrity. Validate SAP headcount against source systems, investigate variances, and make sure the region reports one number.
- Co-lead group initiatives. Partner with HQ on special projects end-to-end, from design to tracking with real visibility.
- Tackle the open-ended. Own ad-hoc analyses when leadership asks "what if" or "why" and bring the answer beyond just the data.
- Deliver meaningful people insights that support business and HR decision-making.
- Manage regional HR dashboards, reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate HRBP governance, planning cycles, and leadership reviews.
- Drive execution of regional HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Track actions, risks, and priorities across the SEAK HRBP organization.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted partner to the SEAK HRBP on strategic people priorities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- About 5 years’ experience in HR Controlling, Analytics, Operations or HR Project Management
- Solid financial acumen, comfortable with P&L, balance sheet, and the language of accruals vs. cash.
- Power-user in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, scenarios), PowerPoint (executive storytelling), and curiosity for AI tools that make you faster.
- Fluent English, you'll present to regional and HQ leadership.
- A finance background is a plus, not a must.
- Quick learner, comfortable switching between detail work and big-picture thinking.
- Strong organization, follow-through and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Comfort working in a split role with two managers and clearly separated accountabilities.
