We are looking for: UX Designer

Note: This is a direct contract position for 12 Months

At Siemens, we’re building digital experiences for complex engineering environments. We’re looking for a UX designer who can bring structure to complexity, move quickly from conversation to design, and work closely with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into quality experiences.

You’d describe yourself as:

- Turn user problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Quickly explore ideas through prototypes and iterations.
- Use AI-assisted workflows and LLMs to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
- Work closely with developers from design through delivery.
- Contribute to our design system and components.
- Present your ideas clearly and explain the thinking behind your decisions.
- Quickly understand a complex domain, ask questions and take ownership of your design work.

You’ll create impact by:

- 2–4 years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong UX, interaction and visual design fundamentals.
- Strong Figma skills and experience with developer handoff.
- Comfortable using AI tools and LLMs as part of your everyday design workflow.
- Curious, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to quickly translate conversations and requirements into tangible design explorations.
- Collaborative throughout the design process.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field with certifications in UX, HCI etc.

Good to have

- Experience with B2B / enterprise products.
- Exposure to user research or usability testing.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
