AI Content & Prompt Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI Content & Prompt Engineer who can craft high-performing prompts and generate high-quality content using AI tools. This role combines creativity with technical thinking—optimizing AI outputs for marketing, operations, and business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Create high-quality content (social media, blogs, emails, ads, landing pages) using AI
- Develop prompt frameworks and reusable templates for different teams
- Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand voice and business goals
- Edit, refine, and fact-check AI outputs for accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Continuously test and improve AI performance and outputs
- Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and prompt engineering techniques

Requirements:

- Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or AI content creation
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI behavior
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging across different audiences
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)

Nice to Have:

- Background in marketing, branding, or SEO
- Experience with A/B testing content
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- Basic understanding of AI limitations and ethical considerations
