The project:

This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead the implementation of Mace’s HSW policies, procedures, and standards across assigned projects.
- Prepare for external ISO audits and support ongoing compliance with applicable certifications.
- Coordinate inspection and audit programmes, undertaking HSW reviews and driving improvement actions.
- Analyse performance data to identify gaps, develop mitigation plans, and strengthen operational safety.
- Manage and contribute to incident investigations while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Champion continuous improvement and support Mace’s net‑zero carbon commitments.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
