Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) builds high-performance GPU platforms for demanding AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads. We are seeking a Senior Software Development engineer to join the Raw Metal Cloud (RMC) team and help deliver reliable, scalable AI infrastructure.
RMC builds the software platform that manages the AI infrastructure lifecycle, from hardware onboarding and inventory through networking, provisioning, validation, rack certification, and customer handoff. Our work connects physical infrastructure with distributed orchestration services, enabling GPU capacity to become ready for customer workloads efficiently and reliably.
As an IC4 engineer on the RMC team, you will own the design, development, and operate telemetry services supporting data center telemetry, device management, and hardware lifecycle automation. You will build reliable software that provides visibility into power, thermal, cooling, and device health conditions, helping teams detect issues and improve infrastructure readiness. Your work will help reduce manual intervention, improve infrastructure readiness, and increase the speed and predictability of GPU capacity delivery.
As an IC4 engineer, you will independently own defined service components from design through production, collaborate with senior engineers on technical decisions, and deliver secure, scalable solutions supporting data center deployments.
