Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Manager - Product Security & Agentic AI Security

Band: 4D

Location: India 
Experience: 10+ Years

Role Summary

Genpact is seeking an experienced Product Security professional to support the secure development and deployment of Agentic AI and AI-powered solutions. The role will partner with product, engineering, cloud, and business teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle and ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive security activities across the ADLC/SDLC for AI and enterprise applications.

- Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design reviews.

- Lead and govern security testing activities including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.

- Review cloud deployments and implement security best practices across Azure/AWS/GCP environments.

- Define and enforce secure implementation standards, security guardrails, and remediation requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to drive security requirements to closure.

- Support security compliance initiatives including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks.

- Communicate security risks and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Cloud Security.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Threat Modeling

- Secure SDLC/ADLC

- SAST, SCA, DAST

- Penetration Testing

- Security Architecture Reviews

- Cloud Security

- Good understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP, API security, IAM, and DevSecOps.

- Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements (SOC, ISO, NIST, etc.).

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred

- Experience securing GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, or AI-enabled applications.

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security, AWS Security.

- Experience working directly with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
