Surfacing Supervisor

We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Surfacing Supervisor to join our team based in Gillman, SA . This role is responsible for leading surfacing crews while overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of asphalt and profiling works across a range of projects. Experience in the Roads Industry, particularly with asphalt and profiling, will be highly regarded. If you are already a Leading Hand or Foreman looking for the next step, this role may be for you!

What you'll bring

- Exposure in the surfacing industry, civil road construction and road maintenance
- A positive safety culture
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions to the business
- Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce
- Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
- Good understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry
- Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Health and Safety when engaging with operational and engineering teams
- Willingness to work dayshift, nightshift and weekends and work away from home
