Senior Drupal Developer – Contractual Opportunity

E2logy Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Drupal Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team in Ahmedabad.
This is an initial six-month contractual opportunity , with the possibility of extension based on project requirements, individual performance, and business needs.
We particularly encourage applications from candidates who are currently available, between jobs, freelancing, or able to join within 15 days.

Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications.
- Build and maintain custom Drupal modules using PHP
- Work with Drupal 9/10/11, including configuration management and content modelling is an added advantage.
- Support Drupal upgrades, migrations, and application enhancements.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented code.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal development.
- Strong experience with Drupal 9 or 10 ia Added Advantage
- Proficiency in PHP, object-oriented programming, and MySQL.
- Experience developing and customizing Drupal modules.
- Working knowledge of Composer, Drush, and Git.
- Familiarity with Twig templating and Drupal theming.
- Understanding of Drupal architecture, entities, content types, and configuration management.
- Experience integrating APIs and troubleshooting Drupal applications.
Good to Have

- Experience with Drupal 7 to Drupal 9/10 migrations.
- Knowledge of Drupal Migrate API.
- Exposure to Drupal 11.
- Experience with Symfony components.
- Experience with Drupal performance optimization and security best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile

- Professionals currently between jobs or who have recently completed their previous employment.
- Freelancers available for a full-time contractual assignment.
- Candidates whose existing contracts are ending shortly.
- Professionals serving notice periods who can join within 15 days.
Job Details
