About this role
Our Supply Chain team are looking for a Supply Chain Training Manager to drive capability, training excellence and change adoption across our end-to-end Supply Chain and Distribution operations. As part of our growing Training & Change Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, confidence and support needed to embrace new systems, processes and ways of working.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving training and change initiatives across Supply Chain and Distribution. Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Distribution, Buying, Merchandising, Retail, Finance and Technology, you will help embed best practice, improve adoption of business-critical systems and support successful transformation programmes.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Solutions & Transformation Manager, you will work at the heart of the Training & Change Centre of Excellence, developing learning strategies, training frameworks and engagement plans that build capability and support business objectives. You'll combine training expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure learning solutions are effective, scalable and aligned to operational needs.
This role is primarily based at our Hammersmith Head Office, with flexibility to travel to other sites, including Knightsbridge and Thatcham, depending on business requirements.
In this role you will:
- Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes across Supply Chain and Distribution.
- Develop and maintain training frameworks, standards, materials and learning pathways that support colleague capability and career development.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions that support strategic objectives.
- Support change initiatives by delivering training, communications and stakeholder engagement activities that drive adoption and readiness.
- Conduct training needs analyses and assess the impact of business and system changes on colleagues and ways of working.
- Create engaging learning content across a variety of formats, including classroom, virtual and digital learning.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, capability development and adoption measures, using insight to continuously improve programmes.
- Support governance activities and ensure training materials remain accurate, relevant and aligned to agreed business processes.
- Contribute to graduate, apprenticeship and wider capability-building initiatives across the Supply Chain function.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and improvement across the operation.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working. This is what we refer to as Hybrid. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site depending on business needs.
Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
