About this role
What you’ll bring
- [3–5] years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a [startup, SaaS or multinational] India entity.
- [B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent qualification.]
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian statutory compliance.
- Experience with month-end close, bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline with deadlines and follow-ups.
- Clear written and spoken English for working with vendors, consultants and auditors.
Nice to have
- Experience with export compliance (SOFTEX, EBRC).
- Exposure to statutory audits, transfer pricing or direct tax filings.
- Experience coordinating with an outsourced payroll provider.
