Logistics Analyst – Alliance Programs

The Automotive Logistics Analyst will support Material Planning & Logistics activities for Ford Alliance programs. The role requires close collaboration with plant teams and business partners to establish effective logistics processes, support vehicle and program launches, and ensure agreed operational and contractual requirements are followed.

The position will contribute to both day-to-day logistics operations and longer-term process improvement, with particular emphasis on standardization, data quality, and automation.

- Required
- B.E./B.Tech. or higher qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, automotive, or manufacturing operations.
- Practical exposure to vehicle logistics and/or inbound logistics .
- Understanding of order-to-delivery processes and systems .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive assigned activities.
- Preferred
- Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle launches, or global supply-chain operations.
- Exposure to outbound logistics, customs/export processes, vehicle delivery, or vessel planning.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow-automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL for data analysis or process automation.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or analytical tools.
- Experience working with multiple automotive companies, suppliers, logistics service providers, or alliance partners.
