Manager- Finance

As the Manager-Finance for Artech Infosystems Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our organization. Your primary focus will be on managing the Accounts US department, which handles customer collections, cash applications, and contract terms for our US-based clients. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle/PeopleSoft, and a strong grasp of the staffing business model.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, particularly Oracle/PeopleSoft, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
