· Collaborate with Salesforce administrators on objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flow, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and sharing settings.
· Perform initial analysis of deployment errors, test failures, user-access issues, data issues, and configuration defects.
· Support minor configuration changes and technical validations within approved access and change controls.
· Ensure required test coverage, deployment validation, peer review, and documentation are completed before release.
Environment & Configuration Management
· Coordinate sandbox refreshes, environment alignment, access readiness, and post-refresh configuration activities.
· Maintain environment inventories, deployment records, release calendars, and configuration baselines.
· Coordinate updates to endpoints, credentials, connected applications, integration settings, and scheduled jobs following environment changes.
· Help prevent configuration drift by comparing environments and promoting changes through controlled pipelines.
Testing, Support & Stakeholder Coordination
· Partner with business analysts, developers, administrators, QA, support, and product teams throughout the release lifecycle.
· Support test planning, defect triage, regression testing, UAT coordination, and production validation.
· Communicate release status, risks, dependencies, implementation outcomes, and issues to stakeholders.
· Provide production support for release-related incidents and facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
· Maintain knowledge articles and reusable troubleshooting guidance for common deployment and process issues.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
