Otis développe son activité et recherche un Formateur Technique (H/F) pour accompagner la montée en compétences de ses équipes techniques.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Chantier Service, vous concevez, animez et faites évoluer les formations destinées aux techniciens Otis. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir la transmission des savoir-faire techniques.
Zone d'intervention : Ile-de-France.
Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Animer les formations techniques auprès de techniciens débutants et des nouveaux embauchés.
- Assurer des sessions de formation pratiques sur le terrain avec le support de l'Expert Technique Régional.
- Analyser les besoins en formation et faire montée en compétence les techniciens.
- Mettre à jour les supports pédagogiques afin d'intégrer les dernières évolutions techniques.
- Garantir la qualité et l'efficacité des formations dispensées.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en électromécanique, électrotechnique ou maintenance des systèmes (CAP minimum) et disposez d'une solide expérience de terrain.
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'ascenseur.
- Vous disposez d'un fort sens de la pédagogie et avez à cœur de transmettre vos connaissances et faire monter en compétences des profils juniors.
