- Oversee governance of the P&C application landscape and third-party solutions; coordinate business ownership responsibilities and lifecycle governance. Manage application safeguarding requirements, service ownership transitions, and vendor documentation; partner with IT service owners and platform teams to ensure operational resilience and compliance of P&C technology.
- Establish and improve controls related to employee data management and P&C operations; support data quality, data governance, and data privacy compliance. Coordinate ownership models, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms for people data and processes.
- Represent P&C in corporate policy and standards reviews; assess operational impacts and provide business feedback during policy vetting. Ensure P&C requirements are reflected in enterprise-wide governance documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor across P&C, Risk, Data Privacy, Information Security, Audit, Legal, IT, and external partners; facilitate alignment between global and local P&C teams. Lead discussions on ownership models, governance responsibilities, and operational improvements.
- Lead strategic People Operations initiatives and transformation activities; coordinate implementation of new operating models, governance structures, and process improvements. Support organizational changes affecting People Operations, talent processes, global mobility, employee lifecycle management, and people data management.
