ROLE SUMMARY
The ELC Specialist – Global Solutions is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR services across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on offboarding, employee queries, SuccessFactors data management, payroll coordination, and HR reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, compliance with HR policies and processes, efficient case resolution, and effective stakeholder support.

ROLE PROFILE
- Manage employee offboarding and lifecycle transactions, including hires, job changes, terminations, compensation changes, and HR letters.
- Handle employee and manager HR queries, resolve routine issues, register cases, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors and monitor changes submitted through the self-service portal.
- Coordinate monthly payroll activities, validate payroll inputs, liaise with payroll providers, and meet payroll deadlines.
- Support employees, managers, and HC Business Partners on HR processes and promote SuccessFactors self-service functionality.
- Deliver customer-focused HR services in line with KPIs, identify root causes of recurring issues, and support continuous service improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant or numerate discipline.
- 2 -3 years of experience in an HR services or Human Capital Operations environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in HR reporting and data management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes, payroll coordination, and applicable labour laws.
