About this role
Where engineering meets the real world.
At Milrem Robotics, we develop unmanned ground vehicles that combine mechanical, electrical and electronic systems with advanced technology. We are looking for a practical and curious Test & Verification Engineer to help us test new solutions and make sure they work reliably in real conditions.
This is a hands-on role. You will prepare and carry out tests, work with test equipment and vehicles, analyse results, and collaborate closely with our engineering teams. Much of the testing takes place outdoors at different test sites, with a mix of planned projects and new challenges.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and carry out tests on components, subsystems, and complete vehicles.
- Set up test equipment, sensors, and measurement systems, and work directly with our vehicles in the field.
- Collect and analyse test data, document results, and report technical issues.
- Investigate problems, reproduce issues, and work with engineers to identify and verify solutions.
- Support test planning, coordinate practical preparations, and contribute to improving testing methods and procedures.
You are a good fit if you have
- Technical vocational education or a degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience testing or working with mechanical, electrical or electronic systems.
- Experience preparing tests or test setups and understanding what needs to be checked.
- A practical, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Curiosity and confidence to investigate problems, ask questions, and take initiative when needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors at different test sites.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent English. Estonian language skills are a strong advantage, particularly for working at external test sites.
Why join Milrem Robotics?
- Work directly with unmanned vehicles and see how your tests improve real products.
- Learn from engineers across different technical disciplines and grow your testing expertise.
- Enjoy varied work that combines hands-on testing, problem-solving, and field activities.
- Contribute to technology designed to help protect human lives.
NB! This role is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and requires regular on-site and field work. We are not offering relocation support.
