As Principal of Lee Montessori’s Brookland Campus, you will have the exciting opportunity to:
- Lead a vision for academic excellence
- Ensure equitable outcomes for all students, including those who have been historically marginalized
- Collaborate with staff and leaders to prove what’s possible in public Montessori
- Nurture culture with our exceptional staff
- Partner with local families and community
Desired Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- At least two years of effective school leadership experience, with experience in Montessori settings
- Master’s or doctorate in Education
- At least five years of relevant teaching experience
We have a strong preference for candidates with formal Montessori certification and lead-guide experience.
