Job Summary:
This position holds the responsibility for processing title and tag transactions in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for checking accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.
- Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms.
- Responsible for processing documents for state registration.
- Fill out proper paperwork and ensure tax and title documents are complete.
- Maintains a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma of GED required.
- 2+ years of dealership experience or similar environment.
- 6+ months of industry experience preferred.
- ADP Experience preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of accounting.
Physical Requirements:
- This is partly a sedentary role; however, this position requires some movement, some filing may be required.
- This position would also require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
