A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative:
You'll work in our shops responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, helping automobile owners identify the right parts for their needs. Youll file insurance claims and coordinate with glass shops to schedule installations. Throughout the day, youll manage quotes, invoices, and order forms, ensuring everything is accurate and timely. If any issues arise with freight, payments, or warranties, youll work with internal teams to resolve them quickly. The role is dynamic, with a balance between independent tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
