Für den Standort Münster  suchen wir Dich als Laborleitung (m/w/d) für die Pharmazeutische Chemie.

Das bewegst Du bei uns

- Leitung, Organisation und Erfolgskontrolle der Laboreinheit „Fertigarzneimittel/Cannabis“
- Verantwortung für die korrekte und pünktliche Abwicklung der Untersuchungsaufträge entsprechend geltender Vorschriften
- Optimierung der Laborprozesse im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Plausibilitätskontrolle und fachliche Beurteilung von Untersuchungsdaten und Analyseergebnissen
- Erstellung von Analysenzertifikaten, Befunden und Berichten
- Betreuung und fachkundige Beratung von Kunden sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Investitionsplanung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Auswahl, Entwicklung und Förderung des Laborpersonals
- Umsetzung qualitätsrelevanter Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement sowie Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen

Das bringst Du mit

- abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z.B. Chemie oder Pharmazie, beziehungsweise vergleichbare Qualifikation durch langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der chemisch-physikalischen Analytik erforderlich
- ausgeprägter technischer Sachverstand
- hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Führungskompetenz
- Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1-Niveau (Wort und Schrift)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
