Reconfirmation Team Supervisor Dakar- Bilingual French & English Speaker

We’re a growing international travel company looking for an experienced bilingual English and French Team Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth coordination of ground travel services before travellers’ departure.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, operational coordination, performance reporting, and process improvement. The focus is on leading the team and managing information efficiently, while stepping in to handle complex cases when needed.

What you’ll do:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reconfirmation Agents.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, deadlines, and reconfirmation rates.
- Prepare performance reports, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
- Ensure ground services (transfers, hotels, activities, etc.) are properly reconfirmed before departure.
- Handle complex cases and operational escalations when necessary.
- Work closely with our Tech team to improve tools, processes, and workflows.
- Contribute to performance reviews, team objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

- Fluent in English and French.
- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proven experience in people management or team supervision.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on, proactive leader who can support the team while maintaining a broader operational overview.
- Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
