AP Analyst

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a high-volume corporate AP team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working through invoice discrepancies, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time.

What Youll Do

- Process supplier invoices using Oracle Cloud or a similar ERP system
- Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment holds, and other AP exceptions
- Review and code PO and non-PO invoices
- Coordinate invoice approvals and initiate supplier payments
- Support vendor setup, Tax ID validation, and 1099-related activities
- Use Excel , including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas, for reporting and reconciliation
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve AP issues

What Were Looking For

- Associate's degree
- Strong hands-on Accounts Payable experience in a large, high-volume organization
- Experience with three-way matching and invoice exception resolution
- ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, or similar
- Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Oracle Cloud experience preferred

Work Environment

This position is part of an established corporate AP team and follows a hybrid schedule :

- Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Remote: Monday and Friday

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Malvern, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
