You thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments where authority and accountability are shared ,leveraging active listening, direct influence, and structured planning to drive teams toward action, delivery and impact.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional delivery and embedding business or operational solutions in clinical development, medical affairs, or technology sectors.
- Strong background in change management, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, adoption planning, and resistance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex project information into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with strong influence and connection skills, enabling you to gain alignment, navigate ambiguity, and foster an environment of trust and inclusion.
- Continuous, curious learner who actively seeks feedback, applies modern project and change management methodologies, and shares best practices across teams.
