Microsoft Foundry Agent Services is the unified platform for taking agents from first idea to trusted production asset. Connecting models , knowledge, and tools while providing the identity, state, scale , observability, safety and governance enterprises require.</span></p><p><span>As a Product Manager on the Agent Services team, you will own a focused product area and work directly with customers, engineering , design research and partner teams to turn emerging agent patterns into simple , durable, platform capabilities. You will help to define products in a rapidly evolving market, make evidence-based tradeoffs across developer experience and enterprise requirements and move ideas from customer problem through launch , adoption and measurable customer value.</span></p><p><span>Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</span></p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Develop Product Vision, scenarios, requirements and a prioritized roadmap for a focused area of Foundry Agent Service, balancing near-term customer needs with a coherent long term platform direction.</span></li><li><span>Use the product regularly, communicate progress and learning clearly, and contribute to an inclusive evidence- driven team culture that moves with urgency while maintaining a high bar for customer outcomes.</span></li><li><span>Engage directly with developers and enterprise customers to understand their jobs to be done, identify recurring barriers from prototype to production, and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product decisions.</span></li><li><span>Partner with engineering and design from problem framing through delivery, defining clear scenarios and success criteria, resolving tradeoffs, and helping the team ship capabilities that are coherent across APIs, SDKs command-Line tools, portal experiences and documentation.</span></li><li><span>Define and track measures for activation, production adoption, reliability, retention and usage; use telemetry, experiments , customer feedback, and competative analysis to evaluate impact and guide iteration.</span></li><li><span>Drive product readiness across security,privacy, responsibile AI, compliance, supportability, documentation, and go-to-market partners so customers can adopt the service with confidence.</span></li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Required / Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional or Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1+ year of experience working with generative AI agents machine learning systems, distributed cloud services, developer tools, or related technologies.</li><li>1+ years experience taking a cloud service, developer platform, API SDK , or enterprise software capability from problem definition through launch and iteration.</li><li>1+ years exerience using customer reserach, product telemetry, experiments.or market analysis to define priorities and improve measureable product outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><p>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
