Looking for a role that keeps you active, gets you out on the road, and gives you the opportunity to work with leading brands during one of the busiest retail periods of the year?
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Christmas Merchandisers to join our Suntory team and help deliver exceptional in-store execution across a designated territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are fully stocked, promotional displays are executed to a high standard, and stores are ready to maximise sales throughout the festive season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and taking pride in delivering excellent standards in-store.
What You'll Be Doing
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high levels of product availability.
- Following planned journey schedules across your assigned territory.
- Ensuring all merchandising activity is completed in line with agreed planograms and client standards.
- Maximising promotional space and securing additional display opportunities within stores.
- Building positive relationships with Store Managers and key retail contacts.
- Ensuring correct shelf-edge labels and pricing are displayed.
- Merchandising seasonal and promotional displays to the highest standard.
- Capturing before-and-after photographs using company technology.
- Monitoring competitor activity and providing market feedback.
- Confirming store satisfaction before leaving each location.
- Maintaining accurate reporting and administration throughout your working day.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using handheld technology and mobile reporting systems.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- A full clean driving licence is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be someone who enjoys being on the move, takes ownership of their work, and understands the importance of excellent in-store execution. You'll be confident building relationships, following processes, and maintaining high standards across every store you visit.
Retail, merchandising or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but most importantly we're looking for people with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
