About the team

The North American Revenue Marketing team partners closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth, accelerate account engagement, and support revenue goals across market segments. The team delivers account-based programs, targeted campaigns, executive programs, and field activations that engage buying groups, progress opportunities, and support business growth.

About the role

As the Executive Engagement Program Specialist, you will support high-touch experiences for senior customer and prospect audiences, helping coordinate the planning and delivery of approximately 10–20 programs per year.

Reporting to the Executive Engagement Programs Leader, you will turn program direction into well-managed plans and polished execution. You will own detailed coordination across timelines, materials, vendors, stakeholder communications, and post-event follow-up. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys precise execution, project coordination, and learning how executive engagement programs are built.

The Executive Engagement Programs Leader sets overall program direction and serves as the primary program lead. This role owns the coordination and follow-through that keep each program on track.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate planning and delivery across multiple executive engagement programs, including workback schedules, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and action items.

- Manage coordination of contracts, purchase requests, invoices, and vendor communications with the Executive Engagement Programs Leader and internal Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams.

- Maintain target audiences and coordinate invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, and follow-up with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations partners.

- Coordinate executives, customers, speakers, partners, and content owners on agendas, presentations, briefing materials, event communications, and content deadlines.

- Create and maintain polished presentations, event briefs, speaker materials, run-of-show documents, and post-event recaps.

- Partner with the Executive Engagement Programs Leader to shape event content and coordinate speaker and partner contributions.

- Organize event logistics with cross-functional partners, including travel arrangements, handoffs, onsite needs, and deadline ownership.

- Manage post-event follow-up with Sales and Marketing, including attendee communications, action tracking, and coordination of next steps.

- Track and report program activity and results, including attendance, engagement, spend, feedback, and available pipeline metrics.

- Develop templates, trackers, processes, and playbooks that improve consistency across North American programs and can be adapted for use by other regions.

- Travel occasionally to support executive events and program needs.

About you

You are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. You communicate clearly with senior executives, customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners, and you can manage multiple timelines while staying composed when plans change. You enjoy hands-on coordination and are motivated to build your expertise in executive engagement programs.

Basic qualifications:

- Experience coordinating events, projects, programs, or similar work involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

- Experience coordinating vendors, speakers, venues, contracts, or event partners.
