What you will be doing

From the start, you will contribute to real client work while developing your technical and professional skills. You will:

- Handle and analyze data and information responsibly.

- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

- Keep up to date with developments in areas of specialism and keep upskilling yourself.

- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.

- Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

- Receive and give feedback in a constructive manner.
- Share and collaborate effectively with others.

What you will bring along

You will be a strong match if you have:

- Bachelor/master's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, math, statistics or minor in econometrics;

- 1-2 years of similar experience;

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;

- Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships.

- Analytical thinking and business acumen;

- Advanced computer literacy, advanced command of MS 365 package, especially Word, Excel, Copilot;

- Advanced command of English language and grammatical skills in Albanian language;
