Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services
- Inspect belts, filters, tires, and other vehicle components
- Test and ensure systems and components are functioning properly
- Diagnose issues accurately and repair or replace worn parts as needed
- Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail on every job
- Use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair preferred
- Ford or ASE certification is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
- Ability to identify issues quickly and effectively communicate findings
- Basic computer and diagnostic tool skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
