. Plumbing - Domestic/Flush/Fire Fighting/Wastewater system
. Hot Water system • Fire Alarm system
. Public address System
. Sprinkler System
. Fire Hydrant System
. CCTV Management
. Residents level plumbing & electrical complaints
. Coordinating with Technical and Property Manager
. PM activity of all Electromechanical assets
. Keeping records of all Statutory documents
