Junior Team Leader - Laundry

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Keep Management well informed about all aspects of Laundry operations during a shift.
- Maintain the highest standards in cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort towards total guest satisfaction by providing service, which is the best in class, and maximises organisational profitability through effective utilisation of all resources.
- Efficiently use and manage the inventory of supplies, linen and equipment.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling consumption of chemicals used in the Laundry.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules for Laundry machinery & equipment.
- Assist Laundry Management in monitoring staff productivity.

Requirements

What You Bring:

- Experience providing exceptional guest service and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests as well as staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of staff and time management, stain treatments, industrial cleaning equipment and products.
