Qualifications: 2 years of experience in long term care, licensed social worker or bachelors degree preferred, must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee onboarding and training of all new admissions directors, discharge planners, and social workers.
- Develop one-to-one relationships with residents and families.
- Conduct monthly meetings and trainings for admissions and social services
- Quality Assurance responsibilities include conducting mock surveys and regular auditing.
- Manage all referral source accounts.
