- Provide a welcoming, approachable and informed first point of contact for colleagues, visitors and members of the public, helping everyone using MCD to have a positive experience.
- Act as a responsible keyholder, first aider and fire marshal, and fulfil the role assigned under ENB procedures during an evacuation or serious incident.
- Build positive and effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.

- Ability to understand the varied requirements of working in the performing arts or cultural sector and the practical requirements for the successful delivery of artistic productions.
- Professional and confident manner, with a high standard of customer care and responsiveness.
