As an Agency Support Representative (Dorval) , you will play a key role in the smooth operation of Career agencies by providing comprehensive, coordinated, and professional support to clients, the sales force, and the leadership team. What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Agency Support Representative (Dorval) , you will be at the heart of the Career agency mission. Your main responsibilities include:

- Welcome and assist clients and sales representatives, both in person and over the phone, while providing professional and courteous service
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Service Centre, directing requests to the appropriate specialists when needed
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, including activities related to advisor contracting, onboarding, integration, and offboarding
- Support the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes
- Contribute positively to agency operations by helping manage facilities, mail, office supplies, and by documenting processes and tasks related to agency activities

We are looking for someone who:

- Is recognized for providing outstanding customer service and for understanding the needs of both clients and the sales force
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits a proactive attitude, high motivation, and a positive team-oriented mindset
- Works independently, demonstrates attention to detail, and adapts easily in a changing environment
- Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
- Is fully proficient in French (spoken and written) and able to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, advisors, and internal partners
- Has an intermediate level of English proficiency , as the person in this role will be required to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking internal and external partners as part of their responsibilities
