Position Summary

The Seasonal Store Clerk provides customer service and day-to-day support for the company store during the busy holiday season. This position assists customers with coffee orders, maintains organized and well-stocked shelves, processes and organizes returns, and performs basic office and administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a retail and office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service and Store Support

- Greet customers and assist with coffee orders and product selections.

- Answer basic questions about available products and direct customers to the appropriate resources when needed.

- Process customer purchases and orders as assigned.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Inventory and Merchandising

- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.

- Monitor product levels and replenish when inventory is running low.

- Organize merchandise and maintain neat, orderly displays.

- Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing returned items.

Office and Administrative Support

- File paperwork and maintain organized records.

- Sort, organize, and distribute documents as needed.

General Responsibilities

- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

- Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous retail, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for portions of the workday.

- Ability to bend, reach, and restock shelves.

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise and supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Schedule

This is a seasonal, part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday. The position is intended to provide additional support during the seasonal business period.
