- About the role:

📍 Location: InPost Distribution, Ratling Road, Aylesham, CT3 3BD

📅 Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday

🕒 Hours: 23:00pm - 07:30am Tuesday to Friday / 22:30pm - 07:00am Saturday

💰 Salary: £13.22 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

Sorting parcels: Playing a key role in our fast-moving distribution process, sorting parcels accurately and quickly so that everything runs smoothly and leaves the depot on time.
- Relabelling and preparing parcels: Bringing accuracy and attention to detail as you relabel parcels and prepare them for the next stage of their journey, making sure each one is correctly identified and goes where it should.
- Manual and machine sorting: Getting hands-on with manual sorting, or operating state-of-the-art machinery, depending on the needs of the shift. Either way, you’ll be helping to keep our workflow efficient.
- Loading and unloading vehicles: Handling parcels with care as you load and unload vehicles, so they’re ready to hit the road and reach our customers in good condition.
- General warehouse duties: Taking on a variety of tasks around the depot, keeping your work area safe, tidy, organised and productive for you and your colleagues.
- Working as part of the team: Pitching in alongside a supportive, energetic team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment where people help each other get the job done.

What we need from you:

- The right to work in the UK: You’ll need to be able to show this as part of the application process.
- The ability to work well in a team: Our parcel operation relies on people working together, so you’ll be happy to support your colleagues and communicate well.
- A flexible and adaptable approach: You’re comfortable switching between tasks and adjusting to changing priorities during a shift.
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment: You can keep up your pace and your accuracy when the depot is busy.
- Reliability and commitment to night work: This is a full-time role on Tuesday to Saturday nights, so you’ll need to be able to work these shift times consistently.
