Job Details

As Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring talent across Cencora Norway’s business areas, with a particular focus on our pharmacies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong candidate relationships that support both current and future workforce needs.

The role is part of a larger international team and operates within a matrix reporting structure. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to hire and onboarding, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, develop clear job descriptions and build relevant talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Act as a trusted adviser by developing and recommending targeted recruitment strategies that deliver effective searches within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain clear, consistent and transparent communication with hiring managers, HR and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Use proactive sourcing methods, build relationships with industry professionals and remain informed about market, industry and functional trends.
- Develop and maintain networks of contacts that help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
- Proactively engage and secure high-demand talent ahead of competitors.
- Ensure that we operate in accordance with all current policies, procedures and regulations.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across different media, coordinate internal job postings, and use internet-based sources for online recruitment to identify and recruit candidates.
- Coordinate participation in job fairs, career days and similar events as required.
- Participate in and/or take ownership of various employer branding activities.
- Develop and implement recruitment processes that support a consistent and efficient approach across the pharmacy network.
- Use Workday, our applicant tracking system, and Phenom, our AI-powered talent experience and talent management platform, as an integral part of daily recruitment activities.
- Support the pharmacy network and travel as required.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
- Experience as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in an in-house environment, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Strong networking skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the external market.
- Experience applying best practices and sharing knowledge internally.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident under pressure and able to navigate a complex organisational structure.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented way, with a strong focus on delivery.
