Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This position offers a consistent route structure with daily deliveries to the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin areas. Drivers can expect no overnight travel and no weekend work, allowing for a strong work-life balance while maintaining full-time hours.

Schedule

- Start time between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM , depending on daily route requirements and customer stops.

- Typical workday is 10-12 hours .

- Consistent routes with established destinations.

- No overnight travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company load securement policies.

- Follow all DOT requirements regarding truck weighing and weight compliance.

- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately document findings through Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).

- Ensure all required delivery documentation, logs, inspections, and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

- Operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally while adhering to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

- Maintain a high level of customer service during deliveries and customer interactions.

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

- Ability to meet all DOT physical and licensing requirements.

- Strong attention to safety and detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to perform load securement activities, including handling straps, chains, and binders.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
