We are also developing how we use AI and automation within project and programme management. A key part of the role will be looking for opportunities to reduce manual administration, improve the quality of project information and make better use of the systems and data we already have. This role would suit someone with strong project management foundations who is comfortable working in a technology environment and wants exposure to a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives.

The person
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for their work. You should be curious and willing to understand the context behind what you are being asked to do rather than simply completing a task. You will need to be comfortable moving between different initiatives, working with incomplete information and adapting as priorities change. You should also be willing to challenge existing ways of working. We want good project management discipline, but we do not want process for the sake of process. Where something can be simplified, automated or done more effectively, we want someone who will identify it and help improve it. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the willingness and ability to learn. You will be given exposure to different parts of the business, senior stakeholders and complex strategic initiatives, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the role develops.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment with real breadth of exposure.
- A collaborative, high-performance team with a clear path for progression.
- Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office).
