What You'll Do

- Provide Friendly Service: Greet residents, take orders, and serve meals and beverages with a smile.

- Create Great Experiences: Learn residents' preferences and make every meal enjoyable.

- Support Dining Operations: Assist with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.

- Celebrate Together: Help with special events, celebrations, and community dining experiences.

- Work as a Team: Collaborate with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

- Positive Attitude: A friendly personality and genuine desire to help others.

- Great Communication: Strong listening skills and the ability to connect with residents and coworkers.

- Team Spirit: A dependable, flexible approach and willingness to help wherever needed.

- Availability: Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

- Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide training!
