Key Responsibilities:
- Conceive and produce news reports and features, guiding editorial teams on the structure, formatting and visual treatment of their stories.
- Determine the visual and narrative approach, pacing, structure and format best suited to each story, platform and target audience.
- Embed a cross-platform mindset from the newsgathering stage onward, developing innovative formats and treatments tailored for digital and linear platforms.
- Direct or, when required, perform video editing and sound mixing.
- Co-ordinate the production crews, contributors and technical resources required to deliver content.
This role requires full-time on-site presence.

- Deep understanding of digital storytelling conventions, formats and audience consumption habits, with the ability to conceptualize content through a cross-platform lens.
- Creative drive, intellectual curiosity and an appetite for experimenting with new visual and narrative formats.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure, react quickly to breaking news and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- High degree of initiative, strong collaborative skills and sound problem-solving abilities.
