Building Maintenance Worker – Repairs & Make-Ready
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Worker with experience performing general property and building repairs. This position is ideal for someone with apartment maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience.
Job Duties:
- Repair doors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Perform make-ready and general building maintenance
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Use hand and power tools to complete work orders
Requirements:
- Building, apartment, property, or handyman experience preferred
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently
