Parts Counter Salesperson Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers and service technicians with parts identification and sales

- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently

- Answer incoming calls and respond to parts inquiries

- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels

- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments

- Promote additional products and services when appropriate

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to meet customer needs

Qualifications

Parts Counter Salesperson Qualifications

- Previous automotive parts experience preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Basic computer and inventory management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
