Navion Senior Solutions is seeking an exceptional leader for our community-level Business Office Managers! This role will be responsible for supporting our community-level Business Office Managers with general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking, and training.
This role will support communities in both North and South Carolina and will need to be available for travel as needed!

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred.
- Any combination of education, training, or experience in payroll or accounting would provide the knowledge required for this position.
- One or more years of experience in a community-level Business Office Manager role.
- Knowledge of effective supervisory and management practices, techniques, and methods.
- Knowledge of computerized systems such as Excel and Word required.
- Must be able to handle conflict, problems, and emergency situations.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting with community-level team members, corporate team members, and outside parties.
- Must be courteous, patient, and tactful when dealing with the public, residents, and family members.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
