- Formal training in CMM programming, PC-DMIS, metrology, Quality Engineering, GD&T, or dimensional inspection.
- Experience with NX, SolidWorks , or other CAD platforms.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience, including First Article Inspection (AS9102) and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Experience measuring complex geometries, profiles, rotating hardware, and scanned features.
- Familiarity with program prove-out, inspection correlation studies, and production troubleshooting.

Equipment & Technologies

Successful candidates will have experience working with:

- CMM Programming Software (PC-DMIS preferred)
- NX and/or SolidWorks
- GD&T and Blueprint Interpretation
- CAD-Based Inspection Programming
- Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages
- Indicators, Bore Gages, Optical Inspection Systems
- Aerospace Inspection & Quality Systems

What Makes This Opportunity Unique

- High visibility role supporting critical aerospace programs.
- Opportunity to own the complete inspection programming process from blueprint to production release.
- Work on complex, tight-tolerance components where precision and problem-solving are essential.
- Collaborate directly with engineering, quality, and manufacturing leadership to drive continuous improvement.
