Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for a  Cell Logistics Coordinator role to join them. You will report to the Process Manager and will have an onsite 1st shift work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

This role is a key position within the function, acting as the point of contact within the cell. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring priorities are met, and supporting overall operational performance.

To be considered for Cell Logistics Coordinator, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

- High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Typically at least 1-year related experience in a related technical field.
- Microsoft Office experience

As a Cell Logistics Coordinator, you will:

- Leading the day-to-day activities within the logistics cell
- Allocating and prioritizing work to meet operational demands
- Monitoring cell performance and escalating issues were required
- Reporting absence and supporting resource planning with the Supervisor
- Maintaining and updating SQDCL and communication boards
- Supporting continuous improvement and adherence to standard processes
- Providing training, guidance, and support to team members
- Carrying out hands-on logistics tasks as required
- Working closely with Assembly & Test and Manufacturing teams to ensure material flow

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $22.00–$27.00 Hourly
