Join a respected company in Industrial Air Filtration Solutions, where you'll support key customer relationships and contribute to business growth in AFRICA. This role works closely with our inbound sales organization in Terrassa (Spain) and cross-functional teams in Leuven (Belgium) and Longmeadow (South Africa), in partnership with regional sales representatives and aftermarket managers. The ideal candidate will be a South African based in Johannesburg. It is a great opportunity for an outgoing, proactive and sales driven person to enter an expanding and evolving market for Industrial Solutions.

Role Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets.
- Execute the territory business plan and follow the action plan.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage distributors, resellers, OEMs, and key end users.
- Promote Donaldson solutions through regular customer visits.
- Provide technical and commercial support.
- Build long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other Business Units.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
- Manage opportunities, forecasting, and CRM activity.

Minimum Qualifications

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Technical Sales, Business or Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years or more experience in a technical sales role, preferably dust extraction
- Strong Industrial Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience
- Previous experience in markets such as Mining, Metal Fabrication, Food & Bev, Agriculture, Pharma
- South African citizen

- Commercial sales knowledge
- Pro-active, results-driven and customer focused
- Self-motivated and must be able to perform under pressure
- The ability to work in a team
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office suite)

This position suits a self-managed individual with strong technical credibility, commercial acumen, and customer engagement experience, capable of translating customer needs into executable engineering solutions.
